Eligibility and Registration

Our services are strictly reserved for adult players. You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher legal age required in your jurisdiction of residence, to register at North Casino. We permanently suspend any account proven to be operated by a minor; undisputed deposits are refunded, and any winnings are forfeited to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

Each player is permitted only one account with us, and the e-mail address used at registration cannot be changed afterwards. We may terminate duplicate accounts and cancel all associated payouts. We cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds where a player breaches this restriction.

Your Account and Verification

We may request identity and address verification (KYC) documents at any point, including before a withdrawal, even where similar documents were previously supplied. Documents must be uploaded in the Verification tab of your profile, no larger than 2 MB, in pdf, gif, jpeg, jpg, bmp, png or tif format, and must be written in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, otherwise we may require video verification. If we cannot reach you by e-mail or phone within two weeks of a withdrawal request, we will lock your account, and winnings may be confiscated if the required information is not supplied in full within 40 days.

You are responsible for keeping your North Casino login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs on your account. Deposits must always come from a payment account, card or wallet registered in your own name; where a third-party payment is identified, we confiscate any winnings and return the original deposit to the owner of the payment account.

Currencies, Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NOK and the cryptocurrencies BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC and USDT. Our internal operating currency is the Euro, and transacting in another currency may cause minor discrepancies due to exchange-rate fluctuations or provider conversion fees. Deposits are processed instantly and free of charge, while withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 2 banking days, or up to three business days for bank transfers. We apply weekly and monthly withdrawal ceilings of 5,000 EUR/USD and 10,000 EUR/USD respectively, unless a promotion states otherwise, and larger winnings may be paid in monthly instalments, except progressive jackpot wins, which we always pay in full.

Bonuses and Promotions

Any bonus, including our Welcome Package and no-deposit offers, is governed by our separate Bonus Terms, which set out wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games and excluded countries. Please note that players from Belarus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, the Russian Federation, Slovakia and Ukraine are not eligible for no-deposit free spins or a north casino no deposit bonus. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is settled exclusively by arbitration in St Kitts & Nevis in accordance with the St Kitts & Nevis Civil Procedure Rules.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect regulatory, operational or commercial developments affecting casino north operations.
